Oatmeal Rounds*

What You'll Need
1 1⁄2 Cups Magic Oat Mix (See Below)
1 Cup ***peanut butter
1 Cup raisins or chopped dried fruit
(apricots, prunes, cranberries or dates)
2 Cups honey
Wheat germ

Kitchen Tools You'll Need
1 Large bowl
Measuring cups
1 Plastic knife
1 Large wooden or metal spoon
1 Small scoop (about 1⁄4 cup size) or tablespoon
Paper plates or wax paper

What To Do
1. Put Magic Oat Mix in bowl.
2. Mix in raisins or chopped dried fruit.
3. Add peanut butter and honey. Mix well.
4. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of wheat germ on plate or piece of wax paper.
5. Scoop out one portion of mix using the scoop or tablespoon.
6. Roll into a small ball and then in wheat germ.
7. Refrigerate for a half hour and enjoy!

Magic Oat Mix

What You'll Need
4 Cups dry oatmeal (long cooking)
2 Cups nonfat dry powdered milk

Kitchen Tools You'll Need
1 Large bowl
1 Measuring cup
1 Mixing spoon
1 Large storage container with a lid

What to Do
1. Put oatmeal and powdered milk in a bowl and mix well.
2. Store mixture in container with lid.

* Oatmeal Rounds not recommended for children less than 4 years old.
** Do not use nuts or seeds for children less than 3 years old or for anyone who has difficulty chewing or swallowing.
