Sweet Potato Smoothie

What You'll Need
1 Cup canned sweet potatoes or yams
1⁄2 Cup low fat milk
3 Cups low fat banana yogurt
1⁄4 Cup honey*
1⁄2 Teaspoon cinnamon
1⁄2 Teaspoon vanilla or almond extract

Kitchen Tools You'll Need
1 Can Opener
1 Measuring Spoon
1 Measuring Cup
1 Large Spoon
Electric Blender or Processor
Small Spoons
Small Cups

What to Do
1. Open the can of sweet potatoes or yams and drain completely.
2. Put all of the ingredients into blender or food processor. Blend until smooth.
3. Divide mixture into small paper cups. Enjoy!

Serving Suggestion
For a frozen treat put in freezer for about two hours.
Remove from freezer and ENJOY!
