Peanutty Apple Slices

What You'll Need
1⁄2 Cup peanut butter*
1⁄2 Cup low fat vanilla yogurt
1⁄2 Cup low fat whipped topping
1⁄4 Teaspoon cinnamon
4 Green apples
1⁄4 Cup of lemon juice

Kitchen Tools You'll Need
1 Measuring cup
2 Large bowls
1 Wooden spoon or rubber spatula
1 Set of measuring spoons
1 Electric hand mixer
1 Plastic knife
1 Cutting board
Small paper plates

What to Do
1. In a large bowl mix peanut butter, yogurt, whipped topping and cinnamon. Mix until smooth. Set aside.
2. Wash apples under cold running water. Slice apples into 8 wedges. Remove and throw away seeds.
3. Fill 1⁄2 of the bowl with water, then add lemon juice and apple slices.
4. Serve 4 slices of apples on a plate with two tablespoons dip.
